"Matthew Danser is the best photographer you will ever have the pleasure of working with! When looking for a photographer there are many things to consider. At the top of that list should be how well the photos will come out. Anyone that tells you they only use natural light is an amateur with a camera, so don’t waste your time and just hire the best person first. Matthew is a genius with lighting, color, capturing emotion and his photos reflect that. Just take a look at any of his client galleries and you will instantly know how adaptive he is, be it to dim or it be too much sun to combat against. In lieu of having all your guests disappear due to shadows from harsh natural light sources or them looking like vampires from too much camera flash, you will see their smiling faces and get some very artistic, colorful shots for all those special moments. Matthew also has rather highly regarded characteristics about him that is rare among the artistic types. Matthew is quick to reply, communicates well and is prompt. I can’t tell you how nice it is to have quick replies and open communication. He is also very good with people and has a calming demeanor about him. He can even get a little flower girl to calm down and smile for the camera on queue! My wife and I used Matthew Danser for both engagement and wedding photos and could not be more thrilled with the outcome. Already knowing how capable of a photographer Matthew was, we opted for an unplugged wedding, which means we requested that neither photos nor video be taken by our guests. We opted for this because we knew the quality of Matthews’s pictures would be perfect and also knew that if Matthew did not have to combat against other camera flashes, we would have perfect pictures of all those special moments that we will be able to reflect upon as we grow old together!"

He was always very responsive and easy to communicate with in preparation for the shoot and he made us feel really comfortable the entire time. We liked that he gave us different scenery options to pick from and we were able to do several different poses, as well as bring our own props! He worked in our ideas to his overall vision and we were so pleased with the results. In preparation for the wedding, Matt made us feel so comfortable and paid attention to the details needed to capture every moment of the wedding. "I looked at a lot of photographers’ portfolios online and was generally unimpressed until I found Matt. As soon as I saw his website, I knew I had to meet with him. Anyone can buy an expensive camera and start taking pictures, but Matt is an artist. He has the kind of talent that only a great few are blessed with. Matt is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet and also very professional. I did a boudoir shoot with him before the wedding as a gift for my husband. We were completely blown away. It made me think he might actually be more magician than photographer. The day of our wedding Matt showed up early to get a feel for the venue. He took the time to meet our family and friends. It was like he had known us all for years. He blended right in and had a smile on his face the whole time. You can tell he loves his work. We got too see the wedding photos about three weeks later (there were about 500 of them) and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Matt captured every special moment and then some. We get so many compliments on our wedding photos. Even if I had all day, I couldn't say enough good things about Matt. He was nothing but a pleasure to work with the whole time and we couldn't have asked for a better photographer."

"We hired Matt for our engagement photos, as our wedding photographer is a relative from out of state. We chose him because we liked his work posted online and his reasonable pricing. Neither my fiance or I are really in to getting our photos taken, and felt a little uncomfortable at the prospect of a couple of hours of having the camera on us. But, as it turned out Matt made the experience a comfortable and fun one. He is very laid back and easy going and does a good job of giving some gentle direction without creating stiff poses or overly awkward and unnatural ones. It actually turned out fun! We shot at two locations in Austin, the botanical gardens, which were beautiful and on the east side by a mural that caught our eye. As it turned out we had a little extra time left so Matt asked if we just wanted to walk around and see what nice settings were around. As it turned out those images are among are favorites! Matt posted the edited images online within only 2-3 days and sent the disc of high-res images in under a week. All in all it was a great experience."

"I have so many AMAZING things to say about this gentlemen, and his Talent, I don't even know where to start!!! But, I have been dying to have a platform to give Matt a review and share our AMAZING experiance working with him at our wedding!! I mean this guy has it! The Real Deal talent, and so professional!!! My videographer was a no show, we were devastated!!! And though I would love to watch my wedding on video, it's almost unnecassary, as Matt did such an Amazing job at capturing Everything, in the most gorgeous wedding pictures that I have ever seen!! "Matt did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding. He spent the entire day at the wedding venue, many times surrounded by kids and did a great job catching even the littlest ones at their best.
